Terms & Conditions
5) Turnaround Times
Turnaround times depend on the size of the project and workload.
We’ll always confirm your delivery date in writing, but typical ranges are:
Blog post: 3–5 working days
Web page: 3–7 working days
Full website copy: 7–14+ working days
Deadlines may change if:
information is provided late
the brief changes mid-project
revisions are delayed
7) Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule after booking:
Your deposit secures time in the diary and is non-refundable once work has started.
If you cancel before work begins, we can move your booking once to a new date (subject to availability).
If a project is paused for more than 30 days due to missing information or lack of response, we may close the project and quote separately to restart.
9) Ownership & Portfolio Use
Until full payment is received, all copy remains the property of Commercial Copy Studio.
Once paid in full, you receive a licence to use the final approved copy for your business marketing.
We may reference the work in our portfolio (e.g., screenshots or a short example) unless you request confidentiality in writing.
11) Acceptance of Terms
By paying your deposit or invoice, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms.
